Summary
To ensure customers have adequate time to prepare, test, and make necessary adjustments for enhanced domains, the deployment timeline for this feature changed. The new timeline is as follows:
• Spring ’23: Enhanced domains deployed in all orgs that don’t have enhanced domains deployed, with options to opt out & disable the feature.
• Summer ’23: Enhanced domains deployed in all orgs that don’t have enhanced domains deployed, with an option to disable the feature.
• Winter ’24: Enhanced domains enforced in all orgs.

Action Required
- If Enhanced Domains is already enabled in your Salesforce Org, no action is required.
- If Enhanced Domains is enabled after this change by Salesforce, then reconfirm the Riva Connection to Salesforce.

To refresh the Salesforce connection metadata for all of the Object Types:

In the Riva Manager application, in the right pane, double-click the Salesforce connection to edit it.

In the CRM Connection Edit window that appears, select the Object Definition tab.

Lock the fields that you don't want to lose when you refresh the metadata. Watch out, especially for the fields that are required for customizations.

if you are certain that all the Object Definition fields that should be locked are locked, then between the large text boxes, click Refresh All.

Save the connection.
