2023-01-31 Salesforce Update Unsupported Legacy API Version

Summary


Versions 21.0 through 30.0 of the Salesforce Platform SOAP, Bulk, and REST APIs are currently unsupported.

As of the Summer ‘22 release, legacy versions 21.0 through 30.0 of the Salesforce Platform API are no longer supported by Salesforce. Salesforce will not provide technical support or bug fixes for issues raised in connection with the use of API versions 21.0 through 30.0. Also, API versions 7.0 through 20.0 were retired and made unavailable during the Summer ’22 release.
•    SOAP: 21.0, 22.0, 23.0, 24.0, 25.0, 26.0, 27.0, 28.0, 29.0, 30.0
•    REST: v21.0, v22.0, v23.0, v24.0, v25.0, v26.0, v27.0, v28.0, v29.0, v30.0
•    BULK: 21.0, 22.0, 23.0, 24.0, 25.0, 26.0, 27.0, 28.0, 29.0, 30.0
This change applies to Professional (with API access enabled), Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer production and sandbox editions.

What Action is Required for Riva Customers


No Action is required. The Riva Salesforce connector uses API version 45.
