NetSuite: Error Syncing Multiday Exchange Appointments to NetSuite

Issue

Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise does not sync multiday appointments from Outlook (Exchange) to NetSuite.

Cause

NetSuite does not support events that span multiple calendar days. Riva cannot successfully sync Outlook appointments, meetings, or events that start in one day and complete in another day.

Solution

In Outlook, users must create consecutive single-day appointments to cover the period that a multiday spanning appointment would cover.
