Increased security
- Secure passwords are now required.
New home page
Our home page has been redesigned. The login fields are on a new page that you access by selecting LOG IN in the top right corner.

New header

After logging in, you see a blue ribbon at the top of the page.

The user name that you logged in with appears in the top right corner. (In previous versions of Riva Cloud, it appeared on a drop-down button.)

The drop-down button is now green and is labeled MY ACCOUNT. It has the same functionality as the previous drop-down button that displayed your user name.

We have removed the Last Activity link. Instead, select MY ACCOUNT.

The horizontal navigation bar is currently unchanged.
Improved Delete Safety

On the About Delete Safety page, under Create Support Ticket, we have improved what happens when you select Continue.
- In the previous version of Riva Cloud, selecting Continue sent us the support request as is.
- Now, selecting Continue prepopulates a few fields on the Contact Us form and gives you the opportunity to add various details to the support request before sending it.
Caution: Do not remove any of the information that was prepopulated in the Message box.
Increased user limit

We have increased the user limit during the initial subscription purchase process from 50 initial users to 99 users.

Fixed Error Email Notification issue
- In the sync policy, on the General tab, the Error Email Notifications field has been fixed. For a while, the email address entered here was not retained when saving the policy. Now, any changes, additions, or deletions are retained.
