Riva Insight is an exciting addition for Riva Cloud or Riva On-Premise clients and users. Riva Insight offers the following features:
Insight Panel
Starting in Riva Insight 2017.3, this is what the Insight panel looks like:
The Insight panel is a mail-client panel that displays
- Real-time, context-aware data from the CRM (account and contact information);
- Icons (links to relevant third-party information); and
- A Search field for other CRM contacts and accounts.
The Insight panel displays context-aware CRM data when you select
- a contact,
- an appointment, or
- an email
The context-aware data is used by the icons, so that when you select an icon, it can display data related to the account or contact.
The components of the Insight panel:
- Headers and logos.
- Search.
- Appointment information.
- Account information.
- Contact information.
- Settings.

Track in CRM
Riva Insight Track in CRM associates a selected email or calendar item with
- an additional record, such as CRM contact, account, or opportunity; or
- a custom object (which requires a billable customization).
