Release Schedule
For customers using Riva Insight on Riva Cloud, the release will be made available in multiple phases. See the deployment schedule below.
For customers with dedicated instances of Riva Insight on Riva Cloud, unless otherwise requested, all testing instances will be upgraded during the early access deployment window.
For customers using Riva Insight on-premises, contact the Riva Success Team for an upgrade package. The upgrade package will be available no later than April 28, 2016.

Release: Completed.
Time frame
There is potentially a 5-10 minute service disruption during the upgrade window.
Early Access: All customers will have early access to the new release for validation and confirmation. For details on how to access this environment, contact the Riva Success Team.

Release: All customers will have access to the new features and fixes based on the successful customer acceptance of the early access release.

Riva Insight for Outlook
Enhancements
- Enhanced "Track in CRM":
- Allows multiple windows to be open.
- Search functionality is now seamlessly integrated into the Track window.
- Search results are now more easily found by using sorting and filtering on the results.
- User can go back to the older "Classic" version of Track in CRM by selecting Classic Track in CRM in the main Track in CRM window.
- Custom modules can now be shown on Upcoming/Recent panels. (Requires Professional Services. Contact the Riva Success Team.)
- Added opportunities search in the panel Search.
- Additional or custom modules can now be searched for in the panel. (Requires Professional Services. Contact the Riva Success Team.)
New feature
- Added "Login with Salesforce" provides Salesforce integration for automated logins via Salesforce SAML/SSO.
- Riva Insight users no longer need to manage Riva Cloud identity passwords.
- Note: Customers looking to use Salesforce SAML/SSO will need to ensure that their Outlook plugin has been upgraded to the version included in this release.
Fixed issues
- Improved time zone detection for contacts and accounts.
- Fixed issue where Track in CRM sometimes failed to load.
- Added the ability to properly track events in Track in CRM.
- Fixed an issue where Riva Insight would sometimes fail after logging in.
- Fixed an issue where Riva Insight would sometimes be unable to acquire a contact’s time zone.
- Fixed a set of display issues with regards to pop-over displays.
- Fixed an issue where opportunity search results would sometimes fail to show some fields from the CRM.
