Participant Management: Setup in Riva

To configure Participant Management in Meetings with Riva:

  1. Enable Riva to use the Riva Meetings object that resides in Salesforce.
  2. Enable Participant Management in Riva Insight.

Step 1: Enable Riva to use the Riva Meetings object that resides in Salesforce

Step 2: Enable Participant Management in Riva Insight

  1. Open the InsightConfiguration.xml file

  2. If the "Insight.DisplayAddons.Appointment" key is already present, add "MeetingParticipants" to the value of the key, using a comma to separate it from the other values in the key.

    - OR -

    If the key is not present, add it like this:

    <add key="Insight.DisplayAddons.Appointment" value="MeetingParticipants" />

  3. Save the file.
