Preparing and Sending Meeting Follow-Up to Attendees: Setup in Riva

  • Updated

Ready to publish, except for the routine last-minute changes such as removing this yellow box.

By default, this feature is not enabled and there is no Riva Insight UI to enable it. Two internal keys are required. One enables the feature and the other displays the Riva Insight UI to enable the feature. When we publish the article, the contents of this yellow box will be removed.

To enable Meeting Follow-Up to Attendees with the keys:

  1. In the InsightConfiguration.xml file, add this key:

    <add key="Insight.MeetingFollowUp.IsEnabled" value="True" />

    Note: This key is responsible for turning the feature on (value = True) and off (value = False).

  2. Save the file.

  3. In the CompanySettings.xml file, add this key:

    <add key="FeatureToggle.MeetingFollowUp" value="True" />

    Note: This key makes visible the customer's Riva Insight admin UI to enable the feature.

  4. Save the file.

The rest of this article shows only what a customer's Riva Insight admin will see and how that admin can enable Meeting Follow-Up to Attendees.

Note: This feature is available only for Riva Insight Web Add-in for Outlook 365.
