Sending Meeting Follow-Up to Attendees From Riva Insight

After your company's Riva Insight admin enables Meeting Follow-Up to Attendees, you can prepare and send a follow-up from a meeting, appointment, or calendar item, but not from an email.


To prepare and send a follow-up:

  1. Open Riva Insight for an appointment, meeting, or any calendar item.

  2. Navigate to the item, and click Send Follow-Up.


    Result: The new email compose window appears and pre-populates the proper fields and meeting details:

    • To: Required attendees.
    • CC: Optional attendees.
    • Subject: Reply to [meeting title].


  3. Optional: Edit the email body.

  4. Click Send.
