After an internal investigation, it was determined that a web app used for reported had exhausted the allotment of API calls for our reporting platform.
The issue was corrected and users are appearing with the appropriate last sync time.

Important Note: The sync functionality within Riva Cloud is unaffected by this outage.
We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing administrators from viewing their users in Riva Cloud. Our investigation has determined that the root cause lies with a third-party service provider. We have escalated the issue to their support team and are working diligently to resolve the problem.
