Riva Copilot simplifies email writing by leveraging generative AI to automatically create emails within Riva's Email Templates and Cadences tools.
Enabling Riva Copilot Email Assistant
To start using Copilot Email Assistant, please enable it in "Settings" -> "Integrations".
Accessing Riva Copilot Email Assistant
When drafting an email in a template or adding an email step in Cadences, and if Copilot is enabled, a purple button will appear at the top right corner of the text editor.

Generating and Inserting Emails
To generate an email, simply describe the content you want Copilot to create and click "Generate." If you'd like to include your signature link from Riva Bookings, make sure the "Include Signature Link" option is checked.
Once the content is generated, you can further refine it by making adjustments, such as shortening it, making it more formal, simplifying it, or giving it a more casual tone. Keep in mind that, since these templates will be used in Email Templates or Cadences, merge fields are automatically inserted to personalize each email.
When you're satisfied with the final result, click "Insert" to add the generated content.
