Users located in Canada may experience issues accessing Microsoft 365 services

Microsoft has reported an issue that may affect accessing various Microsoft 365 services or authentication for users in Canada.

Preliminary root cause
A portion of networking infrastructure entered an unhealthy state in Canada and the Northeast US, which prevented users located in this region, or users whose traffic was routed through this region, from accessing Microsoft 365 services as expected.
