Microsoft has officially announced the retirement of Exchange Web Services (EWS) API, effective October 2026.
At Riva, we have been proactively preparing for this transition over the past three years and have developed an integration through Microsoft Modern Exchange service (Graph) to support the core functionalities of Riva Sync. Our priority is to ensure a seamless and uninterrupted sync experience for our customers.
To ensure a smooth migration well ahead of the deadline, we have established a phased approach and will be proactively reaching out as we onboard customers into each phase of the transition.
- Cloud Customers – Currently Migrating
- On-Premise Customers – Pre-production validation began September 2025, with full migration targeted for May 2026
