Sender Merge Fields: Resolved a problem preventing sender merge fields from saving. Data is now stored accurately and works seamlessly across email templates.

Automatic Calendar Availability: If no availability is detected for the current month, the calendar will now automatically load the next month’s availability to make scheduling

🔒Improvements
Cadences
- Exclude Weekend Sends: A new option has been added to automatically exclude weekend sends. If enabled, any emails scheduled for Saturday or Sunday will be automatically deferred to Monday.
- Task Incomplete Logic Improvement: Cadences will no longer remove users from the flow if the task outcome is not set. This improves flexibility and prevents unintentional workflow interruptions.
Email Burst
- UI Send & Rate Limit: Rate and send limits can now directly viewed from the side panel experience of Email Burst.
2. Improved delete logic: When a scheduled email burst is deleted, the associated credits are now returned to the user's daily or weekly send limit automatically.
3. Metrics to capture rate and send limits: We now capture the users exceed their configured send rate or daily/weekly limits, this data allows us to generate reports upon request,
JWT Token refresh
Improved overall JWT token auto-refresh experience to ensure users do not lose in-progress work during background authentication updates.

🚀 New Feature
Send Rate Limit
Admins can now configure send limits in the Riva Portal to support compliance requirements and reduce spam-like behavior across the platform.
New Capabilities:
- Rate Limit
Define the maximum number of recipients allowed per Email Burst, per user. - Daily Limit
Set the total number of emails a user can send via Email Burst in a single day. - Weekly Limit
Set the total number of emails a user can send via Email Burst in a week.
These limits provide greater control, help meet regulatory standards, and promote responsible email sending behavior.
Add-in
When a user exceeds any of the configured Rate limits, a warning message is displayed. If the user chooses to “Send Anyway,” the Email Burst is automatically scheduled to send with a 5-minute delay.
These controls ensure responsible email usage, help meet regulatory and compliance standards, and maintain overall system integrity.
Daily/Weekly Rate limit:
When a user exceeds any of the configured weekly, a warning message is displayed. If the user chooses to “Send Anyway,” the Email Burst is automatically scheduled to send the next business day and business hours based on Outlook calendar.

Email Burst attachment -
- Improved validation logic to immediately flag unsupported file types when attached, rather than at send time.
- Users will now receive a clear error message if an attachment is not supported, preventing failed sends.
- Clearer messaging is now displayed when attachment limits or file type restrictions are violated.

Bookings – Specific Date Availability
You can now set custom availability for individual dates! This allows you to override your regular schedule and define exactly when you're available on specific dates and times.
🛠 Improvements
CSV Warnings
New warning messages have been added to alert you when required headers are missing or incorrect. An additional warning now appears if the uploaded CSV file is empty.

1. Merge Fields – Resolved an issue where missing merge fields did not trigger an error when templates or content were updated.
