AWS continues to implement mitigation efforts to restore all affected services. Our monitoring confirms that the impact on Riva was limited to logging and monitoring functions, which have now fully recovered.

Riva Cloud services hosted in the AWS US-EAST-1 (N. Virginia) region previously experienced degraded performance, resulting in temporary delays in log visibility and analytics updates. Riva Cloud Sync, Riva Insight, Riva Sales Engagement, and Riva Bookings remained fully accessible and continued to operate as expected throughout the incident.

If you are unsure which region your Riva Cloud services are hosted in, please contact your Riva Account Manager.

Riva Cloud logging and monitoring services are coming back online following the earlier AWS outage.

Some log data may continue to appear with delays as the system processes queued events and catches up.

All other Riva Cloud services remain fully operational, and log visibility should continue to improve as recovery progresses.

We continue to monitor closely and will confirm once all systems are fully updated.

AWS has identified the root cause of the issue, which is related to DNS resolution in their US-EAST-1 region, and is actively working to restore normal operations. The outage is impacting multiple AWS services, including those that support Riva Cloud’s logging and monitoring functions.

Riva Cloud services hosted in the AWS US-EAST-1 (N. Virginia) region are currently experiencing degraded performance. Customers may notice delays in log visibility and analytics updates. Riva Cloud Sync, Riva Insight, Riva Sales Engagement, and Riva Bookings remain fully accessible and are operating as expected. We will provide further updates as AWS continues its recovery efforts.
