- Expire Emails (Email Burst Level)
Users can now set an expiration date for email bursts. This ensures that urgent emails are not sent after a specified date.
2. Silent Login Improvement
User progress is now preserved when silent login is updated, preventing loss of work.
3. Send Test Burst from Recipients Page
Users can now send a test email burst directly from the Recipients page for easier validation.
4. Additional Fields in Email Templates
Added new fields: Product Compliance Approval Date, Revisit Date, and Refresh Date.
This enables marketing teams to update and maintain corresponding Salesforce fields more effectively.

1.Minimum Booking Notice Options Expanded
Additional options are now available: 24 hours and 48 hours, giving more flexibility in scheduling.

Updated platform colors to align with the new Riva branding, including enhancements to status chips, shadows, and text colors.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue on the General Admin page where users were not prompted to save changes for certain fields.
- Fixed UI issues in the Online Meeting modal: Disabled resize to prevent input border/corner rendering issue sand corrected alignment of input fields
- Fixed an issue where the Submit Feedback button was enabled despite character limit validation errors. The button is now disabled until the error is resolved.
- Fixed an issue where images in meeting descriptions were not rendering correctly across: Reschedule flow, Cancel booking link, Confirmation screen and Related email notifications
- Fixed issues with the Tag Filter in “Shared With Me” (Create Template): Filter no longer appears when no tags exist and Filter state no longer persists incorrectly when switching tabs

1. Email Template tags
Users can now organize Email Templates using tags for better categorize and organize.
There are two types of tags:
User-Level Tags: Tags created and managed by individual users for personal organization.
Admin Tags: Tags created and managed by Admins in Admin Settings. These are available organization-wide for consistent classification.
This makes it easier to structure, filter, and scale template usage across teams.
2. Meeting Reminders
Users can now configure Booking Meeting Reminders directly from User Settings. Reminders can also be edited at the Booking Link level. Available for Availability Links, Single-Use Links and Round Robin Links
This provides greater flexibility and ensures attendees never miss a meeting.
3. AI Assistant Enhancement
Users with an AI license can now enable Amazon Bedrock from the Integrations page and use it to generate content for Email Templates.

Bookings
Post-Creation Feedback- Users can now share feedback after creating a Booking Link, helping us continuously improve the experience.
Booking Filters by Tags - Users can now filter Bookings using the tags applied to Booking Links making it easier to manage and track activity.

Fixed inconsistent errors when uploading inline images and attachments in the Booking description field.
Booking team displaying error on Portal is now fixed.
Resolved an issue where phone number was not enforced when Phone was selected as the meeting location. Phone number is now mandatory for customers when booking a meeting with Phone as the location.
Resolved issue with cloned Email Templates were not automatically prefixed with “Copy of”, which resulted in duplicate-looking template cards
Standardized the meeting invite subject and body with a consistent time format to be consistent
