When you sign up for Riva Meeting Intelligence, you might not be able to finish the sign-up process if you don't have Microsoft Admin permissions. In this case, send a request for admin approval.
Step 1: Sign In
Log in to the Meeting Intelligence registration page using your Microsoft credentials.
Step 2: Request Admin Approval
Send a request for admin approval. Navigate to Setting and scroll down to Admin Consent section. Copy the message and send it to your IT Admin. It contains Link to How to enable CAP and Admin Consent URL
Step 3: Open Admin Consent Requests
Your admin will receive an email. Or, they can sign in to the Microsoft Enterprise admin center and browse to Identity > Applications > Enterprise applications. In Enterprise Applications, browse to Activity > Admin consent requests. Find the "Riva Meeting Intelligence" app in the list.
Step 4: Review Permissions and Consent
Click on the Riva Meeting Intelligence app and select "Review permissions and consent".
Step 5: Complete Sign-up
Once the Meeting Intelligence app is approved, you can proceed to the Meeting Intelligence registration page and complete the sign-up process.
