How to Install Riva Meeting Intelligence for Zoom: Integration Guide

Learn how to install and use Riva Meeting Intelligence for Zoom to automatically generate meeting summaries and action items from cloud recordings.

Installing the Riva Meeting Intelligence Zoom Integration

Prerequisites

  • Riva Meeting Intelligence account using Microsoft account

  • Zoom account

  • Licensed user on a Pro, Business, or Enterprise account

  • Cloud recording enabled on your Zoom account

  • Only cloud recordings are supported

Step 1: Navigate to Riva Meeting Intelligence Web App

  1. Go to Riva Meeting Intelligence.

  2. Create an account using your Microsoft account.

  3. Fill out your basic information and complete all Get Started steps.

Step 2: Connect Your Zoom Account

  1. In the sidebar, click Integrations.

  2. Find the Zoom integration card and click the blue Connect button.

  3. Sign in to your Zoom account.

  4. Click Allow to grant the requested permissions.

  5. Confirm that your connected Zoom account now appears on the Integrations page.

Step 3: Record Your Zoom Meetings

  1. Record your Zoom meetings as usual. Riva will automatically process cloud recordings within a few minutes after your meeting ends.

  2. Check the Meetings tab in the Riva web app to view your generated meeting notes and action items.

  3. View and share your meeting notes with your team.

Step 4: Verify Installation

  1. Log in to your Zoom account.

  2. In the left pane, click Account Management > App Marketplace.

  3. In the top-right corner, click Manage > Added apps, or search for Riva Meeting Intelligence.

  4. Confirm that Riva Meeting Intelligence appears in your Added Apps section.

Enabling Cloud Recording in Zoom

Cloud recording must be enabled on your Zoom account for Riva Meeting Intelligence to work.

  1. Log in to the Zoom web app.

  2. In the left pane, click Account Management > Account Settings.

  3. Click the Recording & Transcript tab.

  4. Under General, find Cloud Recording and toggle it to Enabled.

Once Riva Meeting Intelligence is integrated and cloud recording is enabled, Riva will automatically receive your meeting transcripts and generate summaries for all recorded meetings.

Removing the Riva Meeting Intelligence Zoom Integration

To deauthorize and remove Riva from your Zoom account:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Click Manage > Added apps, or search for Riva Meeting Intelligence.

  3. Select Riva Meeting Intelligence.

  4. Click Remove.
