How It Works
Riva is connected to Microsoft Teams and Zoom, allowing meetings to be transcribed in real time. When a meeting ends, AI generates structured meeting notes with summaries, action items, and key discussion points. The notes can be emailed to internal attendees, stored in the Riva web app, and synced to Salesforce when a matching Contact is found.

Do ad hoc or unscheduled meetings generate Meeting Intelligence summaries?
No. Riva Meeting Intelligence requires the meeting to be scheduled so it can identify and process the meeting record. If you start an ad hoc call and begin recording partway through, Meeting Intelligence will not create a summary note or make it available in the Hub.
