How It Works
Riva is connected to Microsoft Teams and Zoom, allowing meetings to be transcribed in real time. When a meeting ends, AI generates structured meeting notes with summaries, action items, and key discussion points. The notes can be emailed to participants, stored in the Riva web app, and can sync to Salesforce when a matching Contact is found.
