Preserve Your Email Formatting
Keep your emails looking the way you intended. Updated security validation preserves formatting in email bursts, templates, and signatures, including styled buttons and fonts. Content containing potentially unsafe code is rejected with a clear error message so you can make corrections.
Improved Support for User Email Changes
Updates to user email handling help users retain access to their existing accounts when their email address changes. These improvements address outdated email addresses in attendee searches, incorrect license status, and duplicate or disconnected user records, helping users continue accessing their accounts and sharing meetings.
Clearer Availability Options in Bookings
An updated layout and clearer wording make availability settings easier to understand when creating an Availability Link, helping you configure when recipients can book a meeting.
Fixes
Email Burst
- Recipient Details: Improved the display of long Salesforce field values so users can identify truncated text and view the complete content.
- Email Burst Cloning: Resolved an issue where inline images in cloned bursts could appear as attachments in Gmail or display as broken images in Outlook.
- Adding Recipients: Improved error messages when a burst no longer exists or is inaccessible, and prevented repeated automatic retries.
- Large Email Burst Sends: Improved retry handling when Microsoft temporarily limits sending requests, reducing failures during large burst sends.
Bookings
- Save & Close: Resolved an issue where selecting Save & Close on a booking page could return a LINK_NOT_FOUND / 403 error.
- Booking Approvals: Resolved an issue where duplicate approval requests could trigger a false “Host is not available” error even though the booking succeeded.
- Booking Emails: Improved reliability when generating calendar attachments and sending emails without attachments.
- Calendar Availability: Resolved an issue where recipients could select dates with no available time slots.

- Analytics Exports: Resolved an issue with column parsing in analytics exports.
