Create an Oracle CRM On Demand Connection: Riva Cloud

A new Riva connection to this CRM is no longer configurable in the Riva Cloud UI. For a new Riva connection, contact the Riva Success Team.

An existing Riva connection with this CRM is still available for editing on the Dashboard.


To create an Oracle CRM On Demand connection:

  1. Check with your Oracle On Demand Administrator to ensure that your account has been enabled for Web Services.

  2. Log in to

  3. On the Get Started page, select Configure your CRM.

  4. On the list of CRMs that appear, select the Oracle CRM On Demand logo.

  5. Obtain the following information from your CRM administrator and enter it:

    • Your username and password.

    • The base website link to log in to the Oracle CRM On Demand website console, for example,

    • Opportunity "Sales Stage" and "Sales Process" are optional values. You can set these values if you want to override the default values when creating a new opportunity.

    • HTTP proxy server is an optional value.

  6. Select OK.

    The Riva Cloud service attempts to connect to your CRM account with the credentials and connection information that you have provided.

  7. Do one of the following:

    • If the connection setup is successful, select OK. The CRM connection is added to your Riva Cloud account.
    • If you experience issues, contact the Riva Success Team.
