To create an Oracle Sales Cloud connection:

Check with your Oracle administrator to ensure that the user has been enabled for web services.

Obtain the following information from your CRM administrator:
- A connection username and password.
- The base website link to log in to the CRM website console, for example, https://isv7-crm-crm-ext.oracle.com/.

Log in to https://www.rivacloud.com.

On the Get Started page, select Configure your CRM.

Scroll down to Technology Preview and Beta Connectors, and select the Oracle Sales Cloud logo.

Provide your username, password, and address.

Select Save.
Riva Cloud attempts to connect to the CRM with the credentials and connection information that you provided.

Do one of the following:
- If the connection setup is successful, select OK. The CRM connection is added to your Riva Cloud account.
- If you experience an issue, contact the Riva Success Team.
