The Riva connector needs to be accessible from the Riva Cloud server. For a list of IP addresses to whitelist, contact the Riva Success Team.

Whitelist the Riva Cloud IP address range
Riva Cloud must be able to connect to Domino Web Engine.
If Riva Cloud reports that the connection was not successful, contact your Network administrator to confirm the following:
- The Riva Connector Service URL.
- The correct authentication credentials (user name and password) are saved to the connection.
- The Riva Cloud service can connect through your company firewall. Ensure that ports 80 / 443 are allowed IN/OUT. For the list of IP subnets to whitelist in the corporate firewall, contact the Riva Success Team..
Cannot impersonate the connection user
This most likely means that the names.nsf file has not been indexed and replicated since the connection user was created.
