- What can you do in the User Manager?
- Access the User Manager;
- Change the admin user to be an Admin-Only non-syncing user;
- Add one or more target users to Riva Cloud Corporate;

Add one or more target users to Riva Cloud Corporate
Note: If adding one or more users is the only change you are making to the sync policy, you do not need to disable the sync policy.

Near the top left corner of the User Manager, select Add User.

On the New User page, provide the details for the new user.
For Send Welcome Email, select the recipient of the email that Riva Cloud Corporate will send:
- To user: Sends the email to the email address specified for the new user. Select this option if you plan to allow individual users to configure their individual connections and sync policy.
- To me: Send the email to the Riva Cloud Corporate admin user's email address. Select this option if you expect the admin user to configure each target user.
- Do not send: Riva Cloud Company will not send an email.
- Select Save.
- For every user you want to add, repeat steps 1–3.
Remove a user from Riva Cloud Corporate
Users are not normally removed from a Riva Cloud subscription account. Riva Cloud administrators can instead disable a user, which
- immediately stops the data sync to the disabled user and;
- makes the user's license available for reassignment to a new user without increasing the license count.
