The 2024.1 release has been rescheduled for February 26-27. The issue that was previously mentioned has been resolved by Riva's engineering team and confirmed working.

At 8:30 a.m. EST, our Support & Engineering team discovered an issue in our latest release 2024.1. The issue impacted appointment sync from CRM to Exchange. As a result, we are temporarily postponing this release to allow for additional time to correct this issue.
Our team is working hard to ensure this version of Riva is released promptly.
