What's New in Riva Cloud

For Salesforce and Exchange: Configuration UI for Riva Insight Cloud Meeting Notes
- The Riva Insight Cloud Meeting Notes are enabled and configured in Riva Cloud.
- Note: Some configuration is also required in Windows AD and Salesforce.
For Salesforce: Easier integration of Riva Cloud with Riva Insight Cloud
- Requirements: You are a Salesforce admin and you have a Riva Cloud sync policy configured to use the CRM gatherer or the email gatherer.
- When you add a Salesforce user who doesn't exist in Riva Cloud and log in to Riva Insight with Salesforce OAuth, the user is automatically added to your list of Riva Cloud users. The new Riva Cloud user has an InsightSignOn tag, is not editable, and cannot be impersonated.
For all Riva Cloud admins: New feedback form
- After logging in to Riva Cloud, the right-hand side of any page displays an updated Feedback button.
- Clicking it takes you to an updated Feedback form.
- Filling out and submitting your information creates a ticket in the system that handles our internally submitted development tickets.
