Manage Your Riva Cloud Company User Subscription

Riva Cloud Company users can manage their own Riva Cloud accounts:

  • Common tasks:
    • Log in to a Riva Cloud account;
    • Submit a "Contact Us" form;
    • Reset your forgotten password;
    • Change your Riva Cloud login password;
    • Log out of Riva Cloud.
  • Manage your connections:
    • Common connection errors;
    • Test a connection;
    • Change a connection password;
    • When CRM or email systems change.
  • Manage your sync policy:
    • Enable/disable the sync policy;
    • Modify the sync policy:
      • Change the historic item filter start date,
      • Change sync category name or contact folder name;
    • Request a sync cycle;
    • View the sync logs.
  • Manage your account. (For Riva Cloud subscription administrators.)
  • How Riva Syncs Your CRM and Exchange Data
  • How Riva Syncs Your CRM and Google Data
  • How Riva Syncs Your CRM and HCL Notes Data
