When working with multi-node deployments of Riva, it is necessary at times to locate a specific target user and its sync node.

Use cases include reviewing sync activity, applying user re-initializations or advanced options, and troubleshooting user issues.

  1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to  ~\Sync\pod\app. From this location, launch the Riva Service Monitor

  2. On the Riva Service Monitor, select the Remote Services tab. In the left-hand pane, expand the Services folder, and select Global Sync Configuration Service.
