When working with multi-node deployments of Riva, it is necessary at times to locate a specific target user and its sync node.
Use cases include reviewing sync activity, applying user re-initializations or advanced options, and troubleshooting user issues.
- In Windows Explorer, navigate to ~\Sync\pod\app. From this location, launch the Riva Service Monitor.
- On the Riva Service Monitor, select the Remote Services tab. In the left-hand pane, expand the Services folder, and select Global Sync Configuration Service.
- In the middle Details pane, expand the Policies folder and select the applicable Riva sync policy name.
Result: In the right-hand pane, the selected sync policy's target users are displayed, as well as the sync node hosting the users.
