During the Get Started Bundle (GSB) appointment, the client team participating in the Riva installation needs access to the following systems/resources to confirm system requirements, diagnose/resolve connection issues, or confirm data sync:
-
Local administrator level log on to the Windows system hosting Riva. This is required to properly complete the installation process and to ensure that Riva logging will work as expected.
-
Local administrator-level access to any Windows system that will host a connector agent service (applies to IBM Notes deployments only).
-
Access to the email system to confirm permissions assigned to the Riva service account(s) and/or to confirm primary reply-to email addresses of user mailboxes being synced.
-
Access to the CRM system to confirm permissions assigned to the Riva service account, confirm CRM options that might affect Riva sync like CRM plug-in options, and/or to confirm email addresses assigned to CRM user accounts being synced.
-
Login to the email user via webmail or via the default Windows-based email client (for example, Outlook) to confirm data sync.
-
Login to the CRM as the test or demo target user to confirm data sync.
