Create a Riva Dynamics CRM Online Connection

Open the Riva Manager application. On the menu bar, select Setup.

On the left pane, select CRM: Microsoft Dynamics CRM to open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Wizard.

On the wizard's Welcome page, select Next.

On the page that appears, provide the required information:

Address: Select or enter the appropriate URL. Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics CRM Online normally provide a login URL that matches the instance of the CRM service that you have subscribed to.

Organization: Because most URLs include the organization name as part of the URL, leave the field empty.

Authentication Mode: Set it to Passport.

Configure Riva for EMEA or APAC Passport URL
Dynamics CRM Online uses a set of URLs based on the geographic location of each customer, to connect to the hosted CRM service:
https://dev.crm.dynamics.com/ (North America)
https://dev.crm4.dynamics.com (EMEA)
https://dev.crm5.dynamics.com/ (APAC)
By default, Riva is configured to authenticate to Dynamics CRM Online for North American customers. To change that default to use either the EMEA or APAC Passport authentication URL address, apply an app.setting change. The change needs to be made to the following files:

To modify the Riva Manager application, the file name is RivaApp.exe.config.

To modify the Riva CRM Agent for Exchange, the file name is Omni.Riva.CrmAgentEx.exe.config.

To modify the Riva CRM Agent for GroupWise, the file name is Omni.Riva.CrmAgent.exe.config.
Add the key and value combination:

For EMEA:

Most Common Connection Errors
The most common connection errors are related to not enabling access to the proper URL for the hosted CRM service and the Microsoft Passport authentication service.
