Open the Riva Manager application.

On the menu, click Add CRM, and then select Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011+.

On the Welcome page, click Next.

On the Connection Details page, select Dynamics 365 OAuth Client Secret.

If you select User Credentials (on-premise instances of Dynamics CRM only), follow the instructions at Create the user-credentials-based Dynamics CRM connection.

Provide the information required for the OAuth Client Secret connection, as described below in the screenshot.
Connection Details:
- Resource: URL for company’s instance of Dynamics. Examples: https://disco.crm.dynamics.com or https://companyname.crm.dynamics.com.
- Tenant ID: The Directory ID obtained from Azure.
- Application ID: The ID of the Azure Application Registration that was created for the connection.
- Reply URL: The Home page URL obtained from Azure.
- Client Secret: The security key generated in Azure.

Select Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Global Discovery.
Note: Microsoft retired the Regional Discovery Service for Dynamics CRM on March 1, 2021. It has not been available for connection and integration with Riva since May 17, 2021 (depending on your region).

Organization: Required for Global Discovery. See Dynamics CRM: Find the Organization ID(s) and Name(s).
Use Proxy: Required only if you need to deploy proxy services. For more information, see Configure "Use Proxy" settings in CRM and email connections.
Advanced Options: Opens the Advanced Options window, where you can apply advanced options or custom options to this connection. For tips and instructions on how to use the window, see Best practice....

Click Next.

If you receive the following error,

click OK, and ensure that all fields are filled with the required information. After entering the information, click Next again.

On the Dynamics 365 login screen that appears, log in with the user granted OAuth access for the created App in Azure for Dynamics 365.
Note: After successfully logging in to Dynamics, you will receive confirmation that the connection was successfully created.
