Determine Which Riva On-Premise Version Is Installed

To determine which Riva On-Premise version is installed:

  1. Start the Riva Manager application.

  2. In the bottom-left corner, double-click the About Riva tab.

  3. In the About Riva window, look up and make a note of the number of the installed version.

  4. Close the About Riva window.

Additionally, another way to determine which Riva On-Premise version is installed:

  1. Start the Riva Manager application.

  2. In the top-left corner, double-click the Riva logo.

  3. In the About Riva window, look up and make a note of the number of the installed version.
