Configuring Riva 2.4.39.21599 through 2.4.45 to Sync GoldMine-Created Events to Exchange
It is possible to configure Riva 2.4.39.21599 through 2.4.45 to synchronize GoldMine-created events to Exchange as single- or multi-day "All Day Events", with Show As: Busy, depending on the number of days set in GoldMine. Updates work bi-directionally, as long as the All Day Event check box remains selected for the calendar item in Exchange. If the check box is cleared, errors are issued for that calendar item in the Riva Service Monitor and in the log files.
