Oracle Sales Cloud R10: Disable Email Appointment Notifications

Issue

Some Oracle Sales Cloud users do not like R10's feature that emails the participants when a change is made.

Solution

To disable email appointment notifications:

  1. In Oracle Sales Cloud, select Setup and Maintenance.

  2. Select the All Tasks tab, and search for the name Manage Activity Profile Options.

  3. Select Go to Task.

  4. Open ZMM_ACTIVITY_DISABLE_EMAIL_APPT_NOTIF.

  5. Set Profile Value to Yes, and select Save.
