The Riva Insight context view used to be called the Insight panel. It is the display of read-only information from the CRM after an end user selects a supported item in Outlook or uses the Riva Insight Search field to find a supported record in the CRM.

Components of the Riva Insight context view:

Header and Logos

Standard header:

  • In Riva Insight 2021.3 or higher, by default, the header displays no logos or branding.
  • Previous versions, by default, displayed the Riva logo to the left and the Riva Insight logo to the right.

Possible customizations:

  • The Riva Insight header can be customized with your own logos and links to your resources.
    For example:
    • To the left, display your corporate logo, and link it to your corporate website or intranet.
    • To the right, display a vendor logo, and link it to your CRM or other application.
  • For more information on rebranding, see Applying your company branding.
