Specify URL to Connect Riva Insight to Riva On-Premise

In Riva On-Premise 2.4.55 or higher, it is possible to specify the URL to be used by the Riva Insight services to communicate with Riva On-Premise.

To specify the Riva Insight Services URL in Riva On-Premise:

  1. Start the Riva Manager application.
  2. In the right pane, double-click the sync policy to open the CRM Connection Edit window.
  3. Navigate to the Advanced Options page.
  4. Near the bottom, in the container named Riva Insight, select Configure Riva Insight.
  5. In the Configure Riva Insight window, do as follows:
    • Select this check box: Enable Riva Insight Compatibility.
    • In the Specify Riva Insight Service URL text box, enter the URL to be used by Riva Insight to communicate with Riva On-Premise.
      • Format: https://[servername]/{insightapp}/
      • Example: https://rivateam.local/insight/
  6. Save the policy.
