Riva Insight for Meetings on Outlook Mobile

What's New!
- Riva Insight is now supported for meetings and appointments on Outlook Mobile.

Current Limitations
- Only supported for Android devices (Microsoft is presently working on support for iOS devices).
- The Outlook Web Add-in with mobile appointments/meetings cannot be deployed through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (issue has been raised with Microsoft).

How do I use it?
- Ensure you have the Outlook Web Add-in installed from Riva Insight 2023.3 or later
- Within Outlook Mobile, open the meeting or appointment.
- Under the 'More actions' section, you will find "Riva insight" listed.
- Next to 'Riva Insight', click on the 'LOG' (for items that have not been tracked) or 'VIEW' link (for items that have been tracked).
- Riva Insight will open, allowing you to view details related to the meeting, or Track the meeting to CRM.

How do I use it?
- Access the Riva Insight admin settings using an account that has Riva Insight Administrator permissions.
- Expand the "Advanced" menu.
- Click on "Import/Export Configuration".
- Export or Import your configuration.

What's New!
- Riva Insight will now remember all login domains that you use to log in.
- For customers that were pre-configured with a custom domain, you can now log in with your default domain, or other domains.

Riva Insight Cloud and On-Premise
- Added the ability to export and import the insight and track configuration from the settings Admin UI.
- The label for the "Track" button is now configurable.
- The listing of unmatched contacts can now be added to the Track in CRM page.
- Fixed a bug where text area fields could not be configured to use more than 255 characters. (r89814 2022.5)
- Added a configuration option to force Insight to always load email or meeting card from CRM.
- The tooltip for the "Track" button is now configurable.

Client - Outlook Web Add-in
- Fixed a bug where Insight incorrectly detects a meeting series as being modified and preventing it from being tracked.
- Fixed a bug where the meeting notes fields was appearing on a meeting series (should only appear for occurrences).
- Tracking now shows feedback to the end user of the track progress.
- Fixed an Object Reference error when opening meeting requests.

- Refactored the add-in to address an issue where a tracked item is not reflected in Outlook after it has been synced.
- Addressed issue where Track in CRM was showing/enabled for attached emails.
- Fixed an issue where Insight does not load the contacts or meeting card for externally organized meetings.
- Fixed an issue where Tracking an occurrence is tracking all other occurrences in the series.

- 2023.2.9.1243 - Updated Edge WebView2 SDK version from 1.0.955.0 to 1.0.1823.32 for better compatibility with the latest version of the Edge WebView2 Runtime (as of June 6, 2023)
- 2023.2.9.1466 - Fixed an issue where the tracked badge was not showing for an occurrence when the series is tracked.

Client - Outlook Web Add-in
- 2023.2.9.1264 - Fixed an issue where a tracked meeting series was not showing the settings used when tracking due to an empty draft overriding the values.
- 2023.2.9.1597 - The Outlook Web Manifest Generator now always includes appointments for mobile.
- 2023.2.9.1733 - Fixed an issue where the support for Graph was not detected on iOS, preventing the Track option to appear on Outlook Mobile for iOS.
Note: There are a couple limitations on iOS that may prevent the ability to track. Riva is collecting details to submit a bug report to Microsoft.

- 2023.2.9.1106-1107 - Fixed an issue where image files were not being cached
- 2023.2.9.1220 - Fixed an issue where titles were displaying the HTML encoded format for special characters
- 2023.2.9.1388 - Changed the related item and manual search to require a minimum of 2 characters (instead of 3)
- 2023.2.9.1406 - Increased number of thread pool minimum worker threads to 200 (previously setting was 2 threads per core)

- 2023.2.9.1293 - The Track button labels to track the mail item can now be set independently from the Track button labels that open the Track in CRM form.
- 2023.2.9.1628 - Fixed an issue that prevented login directly from browser (for testing purposes).
- 2023.2.9.1740 - Updated the Create/Update CRM to show any server-side Salesforce or CRM validation errors within the same page, allowing the user to fix and resubmit, instead of having to fill out the form again.
