If you are using a dedicated instance (a custom URL) of Riva Insight on Riva Cloud, contact the Riva Success Team.
If you are using Riva Insight configured on-premise, contact the Riva Success Team for an upgrade package and to schedule a time to upgrade. The upgrade package is available on Sept. 14, 2017.

Riva Insight for Outlook (on Windows)

Selecting a phone number in the side panel search results sometimes caused the error "Can't connect to Riva Insight service!". — Now, if the connection cannot be established to a communication app, a Windows selection window appears, where you can select the best application.

Searching for an account whose name contained an apostrophe caused an error. — Now, the search works as expected.

In the About Riva Insight window, the Logout button has been removed. — To log out: On the Riva Insight side panel, in the bottom right corner, select .

For Sugar, completed tasks that had a due date in the future did not appear in the Recent Interactions. — Now, they do.

For SAP C4C, Track in CRM timed out when trying to search for accounts or opportunities. — Now, searches completed on the side panel or with Track In CRM show results.

For Sugar, searching for a 3-letter string sometimes returned a "sequence is empty" error even though there was a known match. — Now, the search works as expected.

Logging in with an extra space at the end of the user name authenticated the user but caused a map path error and made it impossible to log out. — Now, the extra space is trimmed and does not cause any trouble.

In the search results window, selecting a CRM contact/account worked normally the first time: it displayed the contact and account details. After searching for another contact and account, selecting one of the results did not display the contact and account details. — Now, the contact and account details are displayed as expected for the results of any search.

After searching for an account and selecting Show On Map, searching for another account did not display the address of the second account. It still displayed the address of the first account. — Now, the correct address is displayed.

After searching for an account and selecting the Time tile, the account's time information was displayed as expected, but after searching for another account, the first account's time information was still displayed. — Now, the first account's time window disappears as expected after searching for the second account.

After searching for a contact and selecting the Time tile, the contact's time information was displayed as expected, but after searching for another contact, the first contact's time information was still displayed. — Now, the first contact's time window disappears as expected after searching for the second contact.

Searching for a Sugar contact whose name contained an apostrophe caused an Internal Server Error 500. — Now, the search works as expected.
