My Day User Guide

Accessing My Day

  • My Day can be access by clicking on "My Day" from the Riva Insight app bar.

Overview

When accessing My Day:

  • The view will default to the current day.
  • Today's upcoming meetings will be displayed.
  • Tomorrow's upcoming meetings will be displayed.
  • The Meeting Card (meeting details) for the next upcoming meeting will be displayed.

The actions available are broken down into the following sections (which will be expanded upon futher within the user guide):

  1. Meeting list
  2. Toggle to show or hide previous meetings
  3. Changing the date
  4. Meeting card
    1. Attendees
    2. Join a Meeting (within 30 minutes of the start or end of a meeting)
    3. Tracking (Log to CRM)

Show or hide meetings that have been finished for the current day

For the current day, by default, meetings that have been completed (based on the meeting end time) will be displayed. To show or hide meetings that have already finished:

  1. Click on "Show All" from the top-left corner of My Day to show any finished meetings for the current day. The text will change to "Today".
  2. Click on "Today" from the top-left corner of My Day to hide any finished meetings for the current day. The text will change to "Show All".

When on any date other than the current day:

  1. Clicking on "Today" from the top-left corner of My Day will show the meeting for the current day, with finished meetings hidden by default.

Changing the date

There are a number of ways to change the date within My Day:

  1. Clicking in the back arrow to go to the previous day.
  2. Clicking on the forward arrow to go to the next day.
  3. Clicking on the date to open the calendar date selector.
  4. Clicking on the "Today" link to go back to the current date (when on a day that is not the current day).

Tracking

  • The meeting cards will show the current track or sync status of the meeting.
  • To track a meeting, click on the "Open in Outlook" link to open the meeting.  From there, you will be able to Track it.
