Enable The Track in CRM Auto-Populate of Internal Contacts

Available in Riva Insight 2021.3 or higher.

By default, only external contacts are auto-populated in Track in CRM, but that setting can be changed.

To enable the Track in CRM auto-populate of internal contacts:

  1. In the top right of Riva Insight, on the hamburger-menu (2).png menu, select Settings.

  2. In the window that appears, select the General tab.

  3. On the Context Matching page, clear the Only auto populate Track in CRM with external contacts check box.

  4. Click Save.

    Result: When using Track in CRM, both internal and external contacts are auto-populated.

Also starting with Riva Insight 2021.3, the "do not match emails" settings can be used to filter out emails when auto-populating in Track in CRM. For more information on Context Matching settings, see Filter emails by domain and more in Riva Insight.
