Why Are We Making This Change?

Our decision to discontinue support for SuiteCRM was not made lightly. After careful consideration and analysis of our resources and customer needs, we have concluded that we can better serve clients by focusing our efforts on more advanced and versatile customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. This strategic move will allow us to provide enhanced features, improved security, and better overall performance.

What Does This Mean for You?

  1. End of Support Date: At the end of your current licensed term, Riva will no longer provide synchronization services, support, customizations, bug fixes, or maintenance for SuiteCRM.
  2. Sync Access: Sync services will remain enabled until the end of your term. After which, no new licenses will be issued for Riva sync for SuiteCRM.
  3. Optional - Migration Assistance: We understand that transitioning to a new CRM can be challenging. If you decide to, we can assist you in this process, we are offering migration services to help you move your sync data to a new, supported CRM platform. Our team is ready to provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.

Next Steps

  • No action is needed on your part. Riva will continue to function as usual until the expiry of your current license agreement.
  • Once your current license agreement expires, the sync service will stop and no data will flow between SuiteCRM and your email system.
  • After a period of no sync activity metadata and log files will be deleted.
  • If you choose to migrate to another CRM, our support team can assist you in migrating your synchronization metadata and users.
  • If you choose not to migrate to another CRM, then nothing additional is required on your part.
