Error Monitoring in Riva Cloud

  • A new error monitoring functionality has been added to Riva Admin Center, allowing Riva Cloud admins to easily verify if Riva Sync is actively running, quickly identify any errors requiring attention, and monitor the overall health of their sync policies. Admins can also filter errors by date range, user, and text for faster troubleshooting. For more details related to this new feature, please refer to this Knowledge Base article.

Email Sync Functionality for Inbox Subfolders

  • Riva can now synchronize emails from Inbox sub-folders directly, and also from other root folders of the inbox.
    • This new functionality has to be configured to allow Riva to sync emails manually or automatically from additional Inbox folders.
  • A few customers have requested this email sync feature enhancement to better align with their daily needs.
    • This feature enhancement can now allow all Riva customers using Email sync to benefit from sub-folder or inbox root folder sync.

    • Please Contact Us for assistance with enabling this feature.

NetSuite Updates

  • Due to recent update with NetSuite's SOAP web services endpoint deprecation of version 2017_2, Riva has updated the WSDL version used for NetSuite connections to use SOAP web services endpoint version 2021_1. This is also referred to as SuiteTalk SOAP Web service.
  • Riva with NetSuite now uses SuiteTalk SOAP web services, which now only supports Token Based Authentication (TBA). TBA has now been enabled by default for all NetSuite connections.
