New! NetSuite Updates

- Riva with NetSuite now uses SuiteTalk SOAP web services, which now only supports Token Based Authentication (TBA). TBA has now been enabled by default for all NetSuite connections.
- Please refer to this Knowledge Base article outlining NetSuite Token Based Authentication.
New! Email Sync Functionality for Inbox Subfolders
- Riva can now synchronize emails from Inbox sub-folders directly, and also from other root folders of the inbox.
- This new functionality has to be configured to allow Riva to sync emails manually or automatically from additional Inbox folders.
- A few customers have requested this email sync feature enhancement to better align with their daily needs.
- This feature enhancement can now allow all Riva customers using Email sync to benefit from sub-folder or inbox root folder sync.
