To ensure optimal performance and system reliability, the Cloud Operations team will be conducting routine maintenance on EDUP during the evenings of April 03, April 04 and April 09. Maintenance will begin after 8 PM EST and is expected to last approximately three hours.
During this time, you may experience brief sync disruptions lasting around 10-15 minutes.
You can check your pod and data residency details by logging into your Riva Cloud account, navigating to Manage Account, and selecting Account Summary. This information is displayed in the top right under Data Residency Region / Configuration Pod.
