A new Errors page has been introduced in the Riva Admin Center, designed to help monitor and address sync errors across the user base. This feature resolves the limitations of the legacy CRM monitoring tool, which struggled to scale for larger deployments. The legacy tool made it difficult to track sync activities and identify errors when there were too many users, resulting in incomplete or delayed troubleshooting.
The Errors page is designed to provide a clear, tabular representation of errors, making it easy to identify and address issues that require attention. With the new Errors page, administrators now have an enhanced, more efficient way to monitor Riva Sync, ensuring they can provide timely support.
To access the Errors page in RAC, navigate to Synchronization > Errors.
Key Functionalities:
Error Filtering: Filters are available to narrow down errors by date range, user, and text, allowing for easy identification of specific issues.
Sorting: Errors can be sorted by the date column, helping prioritize issues based on the most recent or older errors. To sort the errors by most recent or oldest, click on the arrow button next to the 'Date' column title.
CSV and Json Export: The ability to export the list of errors to a CSV or Json format makes it easy to perform further analysis or share the data with others for collaborative troubleshooting. To export error data, click on the export button and choose either CSV or Json format to download the data in the selected format.
