Steps to establish a Modern Microsoft Exchange Connector (powered by Microsoft Graph) for migration in Riva Cloud
Disabling the policy is not required at any point during the migration process.
1.Select the policy for migration, then click the kebab menu in the existing EWS connection to access the option to create a graph connection for migration. Click on the 'Create Graph Connection' option
2. Clicking on this option directs you to the 'Create Graph Connection' page.
3. Click the 'Graph Connection' button and follow the steps, including entering a valid email and completing the admin consent flow, as part of the standard Riva Cloud connection creation functionality.
4. After successfully creating the connection, you will be directed to this page.
5. Once you navigate to the Synchronization->Connections page, you'll see a message indicating that this account is ready to be migrated.
Important Note
- After creating a Modern Microsoft Exchange Connector (powered by Microsoft Graph) in Riva Cloud, the EWS connection will continue to be displayed on the account until the migration is completed.
- The Modern Microsoft Exchange Connector (powered by Microsoft Graph) will only appear in the Riva Cloud UI once the migration has successfully occurred with Riva Technical Support Team.
