We will be performing scheduled maintenance on pod na4 tonight between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. During this window, Riva sync services on na4 may be temporarily unavailable. Once maintenance is complete, Riva will automatically resume syncing without any loss or interruption to your data.
You can confirm your pod and data residency by logging into your Riva Cloud account, navigating to Manage Account → Account Summary, and checking the Data Residency Region / Configuration Pod information in the top-right corner.
We will post an update here once the maintenance has been completed.
