Overview
The Analytics and Reporting feature provides insights into your sales engagement activities, including bookings, cadences, email bursts, and templates. Managers and admins can use this data to measure performance and make informed decisions.
In sales engagement, data is power. The ability to measure, analyze, and act on performance insights helps managers and admins make smarter decisions, optimize processes, and support their teams more effectively.
Prerequisites
A valid license is required to access Analytics and Reporting feature from portal.
This feature is recommended for managers and admins.
Navigate to Admin settings > User Management and enable analytics for admins/managers
Accessing Analytics and Reporting📊
Open the Sales Engagement portal.
Navigate to the side panel and select Analytics and Reporting.
The dashboard will display Date range and all Sales Engagement features
Requesting a Report

In the Analytics and Reporting panel, select a date range:
Last 7 days
Last 14 days
Month-to-date

Choose the data type you want to analyze. Data Type depends on the organization license
Bookings
Cadences
Email bursts
Templates
Submit the request.
Email Report
Reports are delivered in CSV format, with each selected feature (Bookings, Cadences, Email Bursts, and Templates) provided as a separate CSV file.
All CSV files are bundled into a single ZIP file for download.
The report is sent via email to the user who submitted the request. The email will come from noreply@rivanegine.com and includes a secure download link that is valid for 24 hours.

If the link expires or the download fails, submit a new report request.
Note: For initial releases, any issues should be reported directly to the support team.
