For clients that have dedicated Riva Cloud Web, those environments will be upgraded tonight, after regular business hours.

This is a reminder that your dedicated Riva Cloud environment (excluding Riva Insight) will be upgraded on December 04, 2025. If you have a dedicated rivacloud.com tenant, that will be upgraded on December 05, 2025; otherwise, it will be upgraded with the shared tenants on November 20-21.

Your Riva Cloud Dedicated production environment will be upgraded to 2025.4. To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing the following schedule:
- Sandbox Environment Upgrade: October 24, 2025, between 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST.
- Production Environment Upgrade: December 04, 2025 (Sync), December 05, 2025 (rivacloud.com), between 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST.
Testing Period
You will have a six-week testing period between the sandbox and production upgrades to conduct necessary testing and validation. We strongly encourage you to utilize this time to identify and address any potential issues.
Next Steps
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing in the sandbox environment after the October 24, 2025, upgrade.
- Communication: We will send a reminder notification closer to the December 04, 2025, production upgrade date. The release notes will be available on October 21, 2025.
Potential Impacts
The upgrade will be completed after regular business hours between 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST. During the upgrade, there could be a short window of service disruption (10-20 minutes).
