A new Activity Monitoring page has been introduced into Riva Admin Center to allow monitoring of sync activity for all users in the policy.

This feature provides you with a detailed overview of all sync activity and supports customers with many sync users by providing them with a fast and responsive tool to monitor their statistics.

You can access Activity Monitoring by navigating to Synchronization → Activity.

Simply press the column header and all results will be sorted, and press it again to sort in the opposite direction.

By default when this page is loaded, it is sorted chronologically by the Date column, in descending order.

This page also supports filtering, where you can limit the view to specific parameters to narrow down the view to what you want to see.

We support the following filters:

Date Range - This can be filtered by the following parameters:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 2 Weeks
  • Month to Date
  • Last 30 Days
  • Custom Date Range and Time

  • By default, this is set to All Users
  • You are able to either type in a specific email address, or use the drop-down list to select a user

There is also an option to export results to either CSV or JSON, available by selecting the 'Export Results' button and selecting your preferred file format:

By default, the entire results are exported into a file for you to download.

However, if you filter the results, only the filtered results will be exported, giving you a simplified report based on your specified parameters.
